This is double walled cabinet insulated with 75 mm thick blanket super glass wool between interior and exterior walls. Outer chamber made of MS and painted with white Stoved enamel. The inner chamber made of anodized aluminum with shelf supports allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacing. Supplied with three removable perforated anodized aluminum shelves. Outer double walled flush fitting insulated door with MAGNETIC GASKET lock & key fitted with unbreakable transparent acrylic inside door allows inspection of samples without disturbing temperature of working chamber. Door operated illumination lamp. Cabinet is mounted on castor wheels.

Temperature is controlled by an imported double action hydraulic type thermostat from 5deg C to 50 deg C in the variation of +/- 1 deg C. The evaporator coil, sealed heating element and thermostat-sensing element are provided in the air duct at the back near the top wall in the working space. Inside air circulating system is provided by a F.H.Motor with a fan which keeps uniform temperature through out the chamber. A “L” shape prismatic thermometer duly graduated from 0 deg C to 50 deg C is given on the top to chamber. A quiet running sealed compressor with all its protective devices along with a fan cooled condensing coil are placed below the incubator. Built in safety thermostat prevents damage to samples in case of temperature controller malfunctioning.

Control panel is provided at the top of the cabinet with three Nos. indicators for main, Heating, Cooling and protective fuses. Volt meter, Temperature setting knob, thermometer, selective switch for ABOVE and BELOW ambient temperature in B.O.D. Incubator Economy Automatic and self illuminated mains ON / OFF Switch suitable to work on 220 / 230 volts A.C.50 cycles. Unit will be supplied with appropriate voltage stabilizers.

A additional digital temperature controller with its accessories should be fixed to cut off automatically either heating or cooling system when the ambient temperature increases or decreases from the set temperature of the chamber instead of selective switch for ABOVE and BELOW.
