Construction |

The chamber is constructed in double wall. The interior of the chamber is made of Stainless Steel 304 grade
and the exterior is made out of Mild Stainless Steel / Mild Steel with painted and elegant looks with puf
insulation in between along with chemical resistant.. The door is fitted on the chamber by heavy-duty hinges
and locking arrangement. Gasket on the door The Refrigerator is fitted with Castor wheels for ease of
mobility. |

Condensing Unit |

sealed refrigeration compressors and reliable cascaded refrigeration to minimise noise and vibration, air
cooled with security lock to prevent unintentional switch off shall be supplied. It should have short cooling time
of 4 to 5 hours at maximum ambient temperature of 330C. The equipment should be of continuous duty and
frost free. Access port for CO2 back up for refrigeration system in case of machine failure. Dual compressors
(Kirloskar make Compressor, which is CFC Free) CASCADE system and complete condensing units with
copper coil condensers cooled by special continuous rated, imported fan motors for effective and silent
functioning. |
