Melt Flow is generally known as an indicator of fluidity in molding of plastics.This flow rate is being widly usd for measuring melt index. It measures amount of molten material extruded in specified period of time Under specified load condition from an orifice of specified size at a specified temperature.

Temperature controller: Micro processor based Japanease “MAXTHERMO” PIDcontroller with temperature range up to 400 C, Resolution of 0.1 C &accuracy of +- 0.1 C.Timer: Digital timer with a range up to 999seconds and having present facility & buzzer output .
